1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the apk786 platform at apk786.bio, or by registering an account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and apk786 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the apk786 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the apk786 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the apk786 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. apk786 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify apk786 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

apk786 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or irregular gaming activity.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming standards, apk786 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are enabled. The KYC process may also be triggered at the point of deposit, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any time at apk786's discretion.

As part of the KYC process you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In certain cases, apk786 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to your account.

apk786 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Until KYC is completed to our satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. The platform bears no liability for any delays resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on apk786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apk786 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast) may apply their own service charges, which are outside our control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are generally credited to your apk786 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. apk786 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing networks, banking system downtime, or incorrect payment details submitted by the player.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests can only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified in your name and previously used for a deposit to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. apk786 processes withdrawal requests promptly subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

apk786 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC requirements have not been fully satisfied. Funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without meaningful play.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

apk786 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL cricket fixtures and Eid. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures for guaranteed profit (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse") is prohibited.
• apk786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by a player.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records held by apk786 shall be the definitive reference.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the apk786 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all apk786 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. apk786 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly provided for in the specific product rules.
• apk786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, where the odds were published in error, or where there is evidence of irregular or suspicious betting activity.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. apk786 may adjust these limits at its discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of an event. Bets submitted during a suspension may be declined or queued for processing.
• For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, international T20, Test, and ODI fixtures — the rules applicable to weather interruptions, DLS method adjustments, and abandoned matches are published in the Cricket Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the apk786 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any deposit transaction processed in good faith by apk786.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the apk786 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of apk786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk786 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of apk786.

The apk786 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any apk786 trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk786 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

apk786 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions to service.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the liability of apk786 shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of apk786 to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

apk786 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
